Frequently asked questions and concerns pertaining to boudoir photo session.
I'M NERVOUS.
This is absolutely normal. Most ladies do not have intimate photos taken on a regular basis like professional models. It's quite normal to feel apprehensive about the session... that's why we have a conference prior to the session date. We also recommend you bring a friend. You'll feel more comfortable and will probably have more fun! Almost all of our clients are initially nervous and within twenty minutes are having a great time.
I'M NOT A MODEL. WILL YOU HELP ME WITH POSING?
You do not need modeling experience to look sexy. We will coach you on how to pose and look best for the camera. We also have plenty of ideas! So be prepared to have some fun!
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK A BOUDOIR SESSION?
Yes. It is our policy that you must be at least 21 years of age. Most of our clientele ranges from 30 to 60 in age. This type of photography is meant to be an intimate gift for yourself or a gift for a that special someone in your life.
ARE THERE LIMITS TO WHAT YOU WILL PHOTOGRAPH?
Yes, we photograph ladies & gentlemen in their choice of attire, as well as elegant nudes. Anything other than that is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. WE DO NOT DO PORN, PERIOD.
I'M CONCERNED MY IMAGES MIGHT BE LEAKED.
We have a strict policy concerning the purchase and distribution of boudoir, glamour or intimate photos. Only the client may purchase or place reorders for your photographs. No one else, not even your partner with or without permission, is allowed to purchase the photos.
IS BRINGING A FRIEND PERMITTED?
Absolutely. We encourage you to bring a friend along. Many of our clients enjoy bringing friends for support or even bringing their partner along if they're the recipient of the gift! Speaking from experience, guys love this. It's like going to a men's magazine shoot for us. We live for this! This would give you two something really special to share and remember for years to come!
CAN MY IMAGES BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL USE?
The images we provide you may not be used in any commercial venture. For commercial usage, you would need to disclose that up front and then we would negotiate a price for using the images for profit. An example of this would be a lingerie or clothing shop.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR LINGERIE OR POSE TOPLESS/NUDE?
No. You can wear as much or as little as you like. A woman doesn’t have to be undressed to be sexy. I do a very wide range of boudoir styles, from pinup to nude. Great alternatives for shy clients are: sexy cocktail dress, lingerie sets, your partner's favorite jersey or button-up shirt, and many other modest, sexy outfits. We can discuss your wardrobe during our consultation, so don't worry.
HOW MANY OUTFITS DO I GET TO WEAR?
Depends on the package you choose. The standard package includes two outfits, but you have the option for additional wardrobe changes. I always encourage that you bring at least five outfits with you to the session so you'll have options.
